For osteosynthesis of the proximal humerus. Universal design for right and left side. Corresponds to the anatomy of the proximal humerus.

Diaphyseal part: combined 8-shaped holes for insertion of angular stability screws and cortical screws without angular stability; oblong hole; spoke hole at the distal end of the plate; conical narrowing at the end. Metaphyseal part: spoon-shaped; multidirectional screw holes with angular stability; spoke holes; Bend at the border of the metaphyseal and diaphyseal parts; limited contact indentations on the lower surface; rounded perimeter edges. Laser marking of product performance.

Must be sterilised before use.
