Description

The helmet protects the pilot's head from damage when hitting protruding elements of the cockpit, from aerodynamic and shock loads during emergency escape of the aircraft. The helmet prevents glare from sun and searchlight rays, protects from noise, provides two-way radio communication, attachment of oxygen mask, flight gas mask and removable night vision goggles (NVG) and counterweight.
