SHR Proofing Cabinet for Efficient Dough Rising in Bakeries

The proofing cabinet is designed for proofing dough pieces before baking at catering enterprises, independently or as part of technological lines. It can be single-door and double-door. The proofing cabinet is a chamber consisting of a base, side walls, back wall and top panel, closed from the outside with a glass door.

At the bottom of the chamber there is a tubular electric heating element (hereinafter referred to as TEN). A container for water is installed above the heating element. On the sides of the chamber there are holders for trays.

A thermoregulator sensor is installed in the inner part of the chamber. On the front panel there is a switch-on button, a thermoregulator and an indicator indicating the operation of the heating element. Capacity - 8-16 levels.
