Description

Professional gas cooker with cast iron cooking surface and oven is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in platen dishes at catering and trade enterprises. Under the cast iron deck there is a powerful burner of a special shape, thanks to which it can accommodate both large gastronomic containers with a volume of up to 50 litres and many small ones. The cooker is equipped with a gas leakage control system and can operate on both natural and liquefied gas. All burners have piezoelectric ignition. The working temperature range in the griddle is 110-325 ° C, the set includes 6 stainless steel trays of 530x650x40 mm. The cooker is ideal for catering companies with high traffic, as well as children's pre-school and school institutions, sanatoriums and hospitals, where convenience, simplicity and safety of operation in combination with high speed of cooking are important.
