Description

Professional gas cooker with cast iron cooking surface and oven is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a plate at catering and trade enterprises. Under the cast iron deck there is a powerful burner of a special shape, thanks to which it can accommodate both large gastronomic containers with a volume of up to 50 litres and many small ones. The cooker is equipped with a gas leakage control system and can operate on both natural and liquefied gas. All burners have piezoelectric ignition. The working temperature range in the griddle is 110-325 ° C, the set includes 4 stainless steel trays of 530x650x40 mm. The cooker is ideal for catering companies with high traffic, as well as children's pre-school and school institutions, sanatoriums and hospitals, where convenience, simplicity and safety of operation in combination with high speed of cooking are important.
