Description

Professional gas cooker with cast iron cooking surface is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a plate at catering and trade enterprises. A powerful burner of a special shape is located under the cast iron deck, thanks to which it can accommodate both large gastronomic containers with a volume of up to 50 litres and many small ones. The cooker is equipped with a gas leakage control system and can operate on both natural and liquefied gas. All burners have piezoelectric ignition. The cooker is ideal for catering companies with high footfall, as well as children's pre-school and school institutions, sanatoriums and hospitals, where convenience, simplicity and safety of operation in combination with high speed of cooking are important.
