Description

Professional gas cooker is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a plate at catering and trade enterprises. The main advantage of gas cookers with an open flame is the ability to instantly adjust the temperature by simply turning the knob. The cooker has brass burners with a capacity of 8 kW each, a cast iron grate and an oven.

The hob is equipped with a gas leakage control system and can operate on both natural and liquefied gas. All burners have piezoelectric ignition. The working temperature range in the griddle is 110-325 ° C, the set includes 2 stainless steel trays of 530x650x40 mm.

The cooker is ideal for catering companies with high traffic. Its main advantages are reliability and high productivity.
