Description

Professional gas cookers are designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in platen dishes at catering and commercial enterprises. Combination models combine the advantages of closed and open flame cookers and allow you to save space. The cooker has powerful burners with cast iron grids of 430x430 mm and a cast iron cooking surface.

Under the cast iron deck there is a specially shaped burner, so that it can accommodate both large gastronorms and many small ones. The cooker is equipped with a gas leakage control system and can operate on both natural and liquefied gas. All burners have piezoelectric ignition.

The cooker is ideal for catering companies with high traffic, as well as children's pre-school and school institutions, sanatoriums and hospitals, where convenience, simplicity and safety of operation in combination with high speed of cooking are important.
