Description
Professional two-speed dough kneading machine with stationary bowl, with the possibility of intensive kneading at increased speed for kneading wheat, rye-wheat, rye dough and dough for confectionery products. It is designed for industrial intensive operation in 1-3-shift mode at the enterprises of bakery and confectionery industry. It is produced with manual control in the desktop version. Kneading scheme: spiral kneading organ, central chopper, stationary rotating cylindrical stainless steel bowl with a capacity of 40 litres.
