MIDA-13P Pressure Sensors for Continuous Measurement of Liquids and Gases

The MIDA-13P pressure sensors are designed for continuous conversion of gauge (DI), absolute (DA) pressure, vacuum (RV), gauge pressure - vacuum (RV) values of liquids and gases, non-aggressive to materials of contacting parts (titanium alloys and corrosion-resistant steel), into a unified DC signal or DC voltage in pressure monitoring and control systems, including food industry. The sensors are based on pressure strain gauges, which use strain gauges made of silicon-on-sapphire (SOS) heteroepitaxial structures.
