Portable Special Machine for Processing Sealing Surfaces of GAKS-L-2 Type Gate Valves - Ideal for Precision Engineering

The machine is designed for machining with a cutter under cladding and after cladding, grinding with abrasive wheels, lapping (finishing) with cast iron lappers of sealing surfaces of flanged wedge gate valve bodies. The machine is operated by two electric drives - main motion drive (spindle rotation) and tool feed drive. The machine is controlled by a free-standing control panel or a duplicating remote control. The delivery set of the machine includes interchangeable cutter bars, toolholders and cutters.
