Polyurethane Mixture for Repairing Sleepers and Screw Holes "CRONKIT" - Ideal for Durable Repairs

Polyurethane compound for repair of sleepers and screw holes "CRONKIT" is designed for filling screw holes of wooden and reinforced concrete sleepers for subsequent installation of track screws in the filled hole, as well as filling cracks and repair of shaken sleepers that have lost connection with track concrete with operating temperature from -50 to 60°C. The composition is a two-component polyurethane system with mass fraction of non-volatile substances 100%, consisting of component 1 - base "CRONKIT-NCO" and component 2 - hardener "CRONKIT-OH", mixed by a two-component gun in a static mixer immediately before application. When the components of the composition (base and hardener) interact, the composition "CRONKIT" is formed. The base of the composition is a product of interaction between polyisocyanate and polyols with the introduction of functional additives. The hardener of the composition is a solution of diamines in polyesters.
