Mobile pumping unit PNU-3

The mobile pumping unit (PNU-3) is designed for:
- freeing from oil of the main oil pipeline with the Rrab 10MPa;
- work as a part of IOC mobile pumping complex during repair works;
- work as a temporary oil pumping station;
pumping oil when the oil pipeline is released for repair;
- filling main oil pipelines with water from open reservoirs in preparation for hydraulic testing;
- freeing the oil pipeline from oil by pumping oil from the plunger at the line gate to the nearest oil pumping station with a tank farm;
- operation in explosive zones of class B-1r, parameters of possible explosive mixtures of vapours of oil and oil products with air of category IIA and group TZ according to PUE, as well as without presence of explosive and fire hazardous media.
