Pneumatic Mixer PMR-5 Altmaler for Efficient Mixing of Paints and Coatings

Pneumatic mixer PMR (hereinafter referred to as pneumatic mixer) is designed for mixing paint and varnish materials in drums, etc. with an open top, as well as for preparation of paint and varnish materials in paint preparation departments by bringing them to a certain viscosity. The pneumatic mixer is designed to work with paints and varnishes, the conditional viscosity of which according to viscometer VZ246 with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm according to GOST 9070 is not more than 120 s.

The agitator can be used in explosion hazardous areas of B1a, B1b, B11a classes according to the "Rules of electrical installation device PUE_99" in compliance with the requirements of GOST 12.3.005 and safety instructions of this operation manual. Type of climatic execution of the agitator is UHL4 according to GOST 15150. The agitator can be used at ambient temperature from +10 to 30°C.
