Pneumatic-Hydraulic Testing Stands PKTBA-S for Valve Performance Testing

Stands should provide testing: <ol> <li>For stop, return and regulating valves according to GOST 33257:</li> </ol><ul> <li>- carrying out tests of the valves for serviceability;</li> <li>testing of valves for strength and density of parts and welded seams material, working under pressure of the medium in accordance with GOST 356;</li> <li>testing of valves for tightness of the gate in accordance with GOST 9544;</li> <li>testing of the valve for tightness in relation to the external environment.</li> </ul>2. For safety valves in accordance with GOST 33257: <ul> <li>- carrying out of check of functioning of the safety valve;</li> <li>carrying out tests on tightness of the gate;</li> <li>testing of the valve for tightness against the external environment (only in the presence of appropriate equipment);</li> <li>strength and density testing of parts and welded seams under medium pressure (only if special equipment is available).</li> </ul>
