Technological lines of drying wastes of vegetable, animal origin, beer pellets, post-alcoholic bard are designed for the production of mixed fodder flour.
Post-alcoholic bard with dry matter concentration of 9-10% from the braggorectification shop is fed to the bard receiving tank, from where it is pumped by pumps to decanters, where it is divided into liquid fraction (bard filtrate) and dispersed fraction (cake).
The bard filtrate is fed to a vacuum evaporator multihull unit (VVMU) for further evaporation and concentration.
The cake is fed through the intermediate collection hopper to the mixer, where the concentrate of bard filtrate from the VVMU is also fed for mixing. Recycle from the dry product collection hopper is also fed to the mixer. The obtained raw material is fed to the dryers.
