- Simultaneous berthing of two surface ships at wind speed up to 25 m/s with displacement up to 5,000 tonnes or two submarines at wind speed up to 40 m/s with displacement up to 6,000 tonnes with wave height up to 0.7 m;
- Supply of water, steam, high-purity water, high-pressure air and electricity from the shore to the ships;
- Telephone communication of ships with the shore;
- Loading and unloading operations along the entire length of the berth with the use of cranes and loaders.
