Description

Complexes hardware-software with photo and video fixation "Dozor-PS2" (hereinafter - complexes) are designed to measure the current time values synchronised with the national time scale UTC(SU).
The principle of operation of the complexes is based on the reception and processing of signals of navigation spacecrafts of GLONASS space navigation systems with the help of navigation receiver included in the complexes, automatic synchronisation of the time scale of the complexes with the national time scale UTC(SU) and recording of the current moment of time in the stored photo and video frames formed by the complexes.
The complexes constructively consist of a fixation server (SF), which is a special shockproof, dust and water-proof metal case, and a video registration unit (VRU), which consists of a video camera and an IR illuminator.
Functioning of complexes is carried out under the control of specialised software, the metrological part of which provides determination of the current time.
