Phosphating Concentrate for Steel and Cast Iron - FOSFOTECH-23 for Anti-Friction and Anti-Corrosion Coatings

Designed for phosphating steel products and cast iron by dipping method to obtain antifriction and anticorrosion phosphate coatings in preparation of metal surface for pressure treatment, as well as phosphate coatings on steel before extrusion, stamping, drawing, cold drawing and before oiling. Concentrate PHOSPHOTECH-23 is used for preparation of working phosphating solution and its correction during operation in order to obtain stable coating quality and minimum chemical consumption.
