ParkRight-S Measurement Complex with Video Recording for Accurate Measurements

The measuring complex with video fixation "ParkRight-C" (hereinafter - the complex) is a special technical means operating in automatic mode and having photo and video recording functions to ensure control over road traffic, including for fixation of administrative offences in the field of road traffic, in the field of territory improvement.
The complex is designed to fulfil the following functions: fixation of vehicles and identification of the vehicle's GRZ in the traffic flow; measurement of vehicle speed by video frames; fixation of violations of the rules of parking and stopping of vehicles; fixation of violations of parking rules; detection of traffic rules violations and photo-video fixation of evidentiary materials; archiving and storage of evidentiary information; verification of recognised vehicle registration plates on the connected databases; notification of the operator about the detected events; transfer of information about recorded traffic violations to the data centre (CAFAP).
