It is used in fire alarm systems and is designed to detect fires accompanied by the appearance of smoke in closed rooms of various buildings and structures, by registering the optical radiation reflected from smoke particles and automatic formation of a fire signal. It is designed to work with controllers of two-wire communication line as part of the integrated security system "Orion".
Information exchange and power supply is carried out via two-wire communication line. Has a built-in short-circuit isolator.
