Open Refrigerated Display Counter PV(N)O-1 for Showcasing Chilled Foods

Counter refrigerated PV(N)O-1, is designed for demonstration and distribution of various dishes and drinks that require storage in a chilled state. The counter can be used at catering enterprises, as a separate technological module, and section, as part of the food distribution lines, various configurations. The counter is equipped with a shelf with underneath it a light for illumination of the cooled bath and guides for installation of trays.

Under the cooled bath there is a refrigeration unit and a technological compartment (volume 315dm3, floor area 0,7m2), closed by two doors. The counter works in automatic mode, built-in thermoregulator, located in the unit compartment, provides switching on and off the compressor to maintain the necessary temperature (from +1 to +6 degrees) at the bottom of the cooled bath. The counter is made of stainless steel.

Operation of the counter is allowed at ambient air temperature from +12 to +25 degrees centigrade.
