The project is designed to provide citizens with an opportunity to receive via the Internet in videoconference mode consultation of representatives of authorities on a wide range of issues. Employees of MFCs and agencies, the system provides tools to automate and coordinate the entire process of providing online counselling.
In particular: identification of the applicant through the State Services, scheduling of consultations, automated processing of applications at all stages, elaboration of the answer to questions and other processes.
