Nika-V Hardware and Software Complex for Automated Vehicle Speed Measurement

The Nika-V hardware-software complexes (hereinafter referred to as complexes) are designed to measure in automatic mode the speed of vehicles (hereinafter referred to as vehicles) using the radar-free method (by video frames), as well as for measurements of current navigation parameters based on the signals of navigation spacecraft of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) GLONASS/GPS, to determine on their basis the coordinates of the location of the complexes in the plan and synchronisation of the internal time scale of the complexes with the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU).
