Natural Gas Preparation Block (Cleaning/Drying) BPG for Effective Gas Treatment

BPG is designed for preparation (purification and dehydration) of natural gas. The unit should include at least two adsorbers (groups of adsorbers), one (one) of which is in operation, and the second (second) in regeneration or reserve mode. The unit should include devices for automatic analysis of gas moisture content at the gas outlet pipeline, with the possibility of data transfer to the CNG filling station automated control system. Composition of the natural gas treatment (purification/drying) unit: <ul> <li>- filter-driers;</li> <li>heater;</li> <li>blower (if necessary);</li> <li>heat exchanger;</li> <li>moisture separator (separator);</li> <li>outlet filter (optional);</li> <li>shut-off valves and pipework;</li> <li>dew point monitoring system.</li> </ul>
