The device is designed to convert the energy consumed from the three-phase AC network voltage 380V into DC voltage in accordance with GOST IEC 61851, in order to charge the battery ET. It is equipped with a communication controller, which provides information exchange with the ET, sets the current and charging voltage in accordance with the requests received from the ET during the charging process. It is equipped with an Ethernet network interface with the possibility of connecting a GSM/GPRS wireless modem. It can be integrated into charging station control systems using OCPP 1.6 protocol.
