MV 3850/1150/460 Inertia Separator for Mill-Fan System Assembly

Supplied in parts for on-site assembly. The separator type is inertial with a return flow of the ungrinded product to the mill. The inner part is lined with armour in places of increased wear.

To ensure rigidity the separator walls have the necessary number of ribs. The bottom part of the separator is mounted on the mill body and welded along the perimeter of the flange. For the convenience of installation the separator is made of the upper, middle and lower parts.

Doors are provided in the upper part of the separator for repair and maintenance. The flow of dust-air mixture is directed to the separation chamber through fixed blades installed in the upper part of the separator. In the upper part of the separator there is also a movable vane, which additionally changes the flow direction and thus regulates the fineness of grinding of the finished dust.

The blade is rotated by means of a worm drive from the service platform.
