Modular Nitrogen Station for Compressed Nitrogen Production MАС 200-99.5-18

Modular nitrogen station (MAS)-completely ready to work station designed for the production of compressed nitrogen of a certain purity, obtained from atmospheric air. It is supplied in maximum factory readiness. Nitrogen capacity from 2 nm3/h, maximum outlet overpressure-40 MPa.

MAS are produced on the basis of screw, reciprocating and rotary-plate compressor units. The station operates in climatic conditions at ambient temperature from -40 to +40 °? (special version from -60 to +60 °?).

MAS is equipped with a control system, which ensures automatic operation of the station without operating personnel. Control and management is carried out remotely. MAS is equipped with main and emergency lighting systems, security and fire alarm system, automatic fire extinguishing, high voltage reduction device (if necessary), climate control system to regulate the optimal operating temperature inside the station.
