Mobile system of operational radiation monitoring "ScanS-570" (hereinafter referred to as "ScanS-570") according to RNPI.570000.000 RE, is designed for remote search of gamma radiation sources without quantitative characteristics and in accordance with GOST R 8.565-96 refers to indicators.
The ScanS-570 system consists of:
-scanning device (SD);
- photon radiation detection unit ASRKB1U.60 (BD);
-navigation system with GPS (standard purchased products);
-control computer (standard purchased items);
-vehicle (type at the customer's request).
The energy range of gamma radiation registration is from 0.05 to 3.0 MeV.
The ScanS-570 system searches for gamma radiation sources by scanning in the horizontal plane in the angle range from 0 to 360°.
The scanning sweep contains 32 channels corresponding to the search sectors.
