The crane is designed for construction and installation, loading and unloading operations with ordinary and hazardous cargoes at dispersed sites. Base chassis - URAL-5557 of ecological class 5. Maximum lifting capacity - 25 tonnes.

The crane mechanisms drive is hydraulic with the possibility to combine working operations. Boom - telescopic four-section boom. The boom is telescoped by a hydraulic cylinder and a chain hoist system.

The material of the boom metal structures of the basic version is 10XSND steel. In order to increase the boom length and under boom space it is possible to additionally equip the boom with a 9.0 m long gooseneck, which is installed parallel to the main boom or at an angle of 30 degrees. Limitation of load capacity and fixation of crane operation parameters - by means of microprocessor load capacity limiter with digital indication of information and built-in parameter recorder.
