PSBUR4-15L-R0.1.TiAlN Mini-cutter for longitudinal

The PSBUR mini carbide cutters are designed for longitudinal machining of metal workpieces. The material for which the tool is used for boring is steel of various grades, including stainless alloys. The range includes modifications with minimum diameter of machined surface from 3 mm.

The design of the entire model range of cutters assumes operation without supplying coolant to the place of metal processing. Typical parameters: Angle at the blade - 90. Apex radius - from 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm.

Total length of the cutter - 50 mm. Coating of the working part - PVD. The coating increases resistance to wear, increases the heat resistance of the tool, increases its service life even under intensive use, including conditions of high humidity.

Thanks to the coating, the cutters in this series can be used for long periods of time without forced temperature reduction. The production cycle is shortened, and the machining equipment receives an increased resource, thus reducing the cost of goods produced.
