MIB-272 Ex Spark Protection Barrier for Safe Signal Transmission

The intrinsic protection barrier MIB-272 Ex is intended for transmission of discrete signals from devices located in the explosion-proof zone to devices located in the explosion-proof zone. The product has two isolated discrete DC outputs on the explosion-proof side, two discrete inputs on the explosion-proof side, as well as two auxiliary outputs (relay contacts) of communication line error signals (short circuit and idle run). Operation of the product must be carried out in explosion-proof area according to Ex marking. Product application area - enterprises of oil, coal, petrochemical, gas and other industries connected with processing, production, use or storage of explosive mixtures, gases or vapours with air. Product version variant - direction of discrete signal transmission from the explosion-proof zone to the explosive zone. .
