MIB-262 Ex Spark Protection Barrier for Safe Signal Handling in Hazardous Areas

The MIB-262 Ex intrinsic protection barrier is designed to receive discrete signals from devices located in the hazardous area and transmit them to devices located in the explosion-proof area. The product has two non-isolated discrete inputs on the Ex side; on the Ex side - two discrete outputs (relay contacts), as well as two auxiliary outputs (relay contacts) of communication line error signals (short circuit and idle run). NAMUR signal type. Operation of the product should be carried out in an explosion-proof area according to Ex-marking. Product application area - enterprises of oil, coal, petrochemical, gas and other industries connected with processing, production, use or storage of explosive mixtures, gases or vapours with air. Product version variant - direction of transmission of discrete signal of NAMUR type from the explosive zone to the explosion-proof zone.
