Metal Hip Joint Prosthesis for Femoral Head Replacement - Restore Mobility

A sterile implantable artificial substitute for the femoral head damaged by injury or disease with a metallic outer surface. It attaches to the stem/rod axis or head/stem adapter of a femoral head/stem endoprosthesis and articulates with the acetabular endoprosthesis as a component of a total hip replacement or with the bipolar component of a partial hip replacement. The product has a spherical shape; various sizes are available.
