Description

Table-top mercury-quartz irradiator "ORKsh-Med TeKo" is used for general and local irradiation with integral UV radiation, both for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes in physiotherapy rooms of medical institutions. Reflex reactions arising under UV radiation stimulate the activity of almost all body systems. There is an activation of adaptation and trophic function of the sympathetic nervous system and restoration of disturbed processes of protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in the body. Therapeutic effects: vitamin-forming, trophostimulating, immunomodulating (sub-erythema doses), anti-inflammatory, analgesic, desensitising (erythema doses).
