A set of medical compression shin guards with a decreasing pressure gradient for the treatment and prevention of trophic ulcers of the lower extremities of venous etiology, consists of: 1)Two white coloured lower shiners (liners) with compression at the ankle level of 20 mmHg, which allows to change the lower shoe (liner) daily and provide compression round the clock; <ol> <li>Caramel coloured upper sock with ankle compression of 20 mmHg. It is worn over the golfer (liner) and is used only during the day during the period of motor activity.</li> <li>A special sock to facilitate putting on the upper sock.</li> </ol>The therapeutic and prophylactic effect is achieved due to the total compression created by the lower and upper socks. Sizes: XS(I), S(II), M(III), L(IV), XL(V), XXL(VI).
