Meat Mixer FШТ-М for Effective Mixing of Meat Ingredients

Designed for mixing minced meat with varying degrees of grinding with all components provided by the recipe and technological process of sausage products, as well as meat in pieces up to 0.5 kg with salt and other food products at meat processing plants, sausage cheese production. The stirring units are quick-release to ensure easy and quick cleaning of the bowl. Vertical loading and side discharge by augers make the machine easy to operate.

With its small size and weight, the machine provides quality mixing of relatively large quantities of minced meat. The mixing bowl is equipped with a lid and two paddle augers, the augers are driven by individual gearboxes. The main technological process is carried out by the operator under manual control.

The parts and components in contact with the product and the lining are made of stainless steel. Operator safety is ensured by a locking system.
