The measuring complex with photo fixation "SKAT-PP" is designed for: - measuring the speed of vehicles on the controlled road section (control zone); - measuring the distance to the vehicle in the control zone; - measuring the angles in the horizontal and vertical planes between the normal to the radiating surface of the measuring module (MM) of the complex and the direction to the vehicle (angles to the vehicle) in the control zone; - determining the coordinates of the location of the complex; - photofixation of the vehicle in the control zone with recording the time of fixation, the coordinates of the location of the complex and the speed of the vehicle.
