Marine potato peeling machine type MCHKS-10

Purpose, field of application:
Potato peeling machine shipboard type MCHKS-10 (hereinafter referred to as potato peeler) is designed to peel potato tubers from the outer skin.

The product is used as part of the galley equipment on naval ships and civilian vessels to ensure crew life support.


REMAINS FUNCTIONAL:
? During prolonged static tilting (without time limitation) to either side up to ±15°.

? When rocking with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction.

? When exposed to a relative humidity of 98% at an ambient temperature of 35°C.

? When exposed to ambient temperature for a long time (without limitation) from 1°C to 45°C.

? After exposure to salt (sea) mist.



The control system provides:

? light indication of the presence of mains voltage;

? blocking machine operation (switching off the electric motor):

- when the loading door cover is open;
- when the lid of the unloading opening is open...
