Description
Separators are designed to separate iron-containing impurities from various types of raw materials: flour, grain, salt, sugar, mixed fodder, etc. Magnetic separator captures ferromagnetic impurities in the product moving through the separator. The separator consists of a chamber inside which a magnetic grid (magnetic catcher) is installed.
The separator is part of a mechanical or pneumatic conveying system. The magnetic catcher does not require intermediate maintenance. The used magnets from Nd-Fe-B alloy have high temporal and temperature stability of magnetic flux, which ensures preservation of their magnetic properties during the whole service life.
