Description

The flaw detector provides detection of longitudinal and transverse defects on the surface of parts with maximum sensitivity according to GOST R 56512-2015, ISO 9934. Diameter of the part covering the maximum up to 600 mm. Part length from 20 mm to 1000/4000 (depends on the flaw detector model). Weight of the part up to 2 000 kg. Parts are inspected using the wet method. Advantages: <ul> <li>- automation of inspection operations;</li> <li>parameter setting by means of a touch screen;</li> <li>display of current inspection parameters on the screen;</li> <li>adjustment of the compression force of the circular magnetising contacts from the touch screen is possible;</li> <li>saving in the memory of the controller modes for the used nomenclature of products;</li> <li>saving the library of control modes.</li> </ul>
