Lower Limb and Torso Orthosis Device for Support and Mobility

Apparatus for lower limbs and trunk (orthosis) is used to provide supportability of the affected lower limbs with simultaneous retention of their segments in a given position, to ensure mobility in the joints necessary for walking and sitting. The device is prescribed for patients with paraparesis of the lower limbs in progressive myodystrophy, after traumas and diseases of the spinal cord, with osteogenesis imperfecta, widespread paralysis or paresis of the muscles of the lower limbs with impaired closure function in the hip and knee joints, as well as cerebral palsy.
