Cable with copper conductors, with insulation and outer jacket made of polyvinyl chloride plasticate of reduced flammability, including increased cold resistance, is designed for electrical installations for rated AC voltage up to 450/750 V inclusive nominal frequency up to 400 Hz or DC voltage up to 1000 V inclusive. For laying, taking into account the volume of combustible load of cables, in open cable constructions (trestles, galleries) of outdoor electrical installations
