The laser technological complex (LTC) is designed for high-speed and high-quality cutting of various types of sheet metals. The LEADER complex is equipped with a fibre laser emitter. Sources of power from 2 to 20 kW. Reliable components of our own production and from the main world manufacturers, excellent design solutions, as well as the quality of assembly favourably distinguish our model from other manufacturers of similar class of equipment.
Thanks to this, machines for laser metal cutting are positioned with an accuracy of up to 50 microns and have a cutting thickness of no more than 100 microns. The cabinet protection provided in the complex protects the personnel from the dangerous impact of the process of laser metal cutting. The complex is equipped with a retractable work table - a replaceable pallet. The pallet system consists of two working tables, pallet change is carried out automatically from the control programme.
The processing field has dimensions 1500/ 2000 mm. x 3000/12000 mm.
