Laboratory Ashing Electric Furnace SNL-1.6.2.5.1/10-I4M for Sample Ashing at 1000 ºC

The electric furnace is designed specifically for the ashing process of samples at temperatures up to 1000 ºC. For efficient combustion of samples and ash production, the furnace utilises a hot air circulation system, which allows for complete replacement of the air medium in the electric furnace chamber up to 5 times per minute.

The air is heated by passing through channels with heaters before entering the working chamber. This scheme allows to maintain temperature uniformity inside the working chamber. The electric furnace is made using a muffle with insulated heaters. Thus, gases, aerosols and soot do not affect the heating elements, which has a positive effect on their durability. In addition, the smooth surfaces of the ceramic muffle are easy to clean.
