JiP Standard FF Ball Valve DN 20 - 50 for Heating and Industrial Installations

JiP type ball valves are two-position shut-off valves designed for use in heating and industrial installations for liquid media. The tightness class is A according to GOST 9544. Steel ball valves of JiP type JiP Standard modification are mainly designed for water of external and internal heating networks at the temperature of the heat carrier from 0 to 150 ?C, including water in the circuits of heating networks in accordance with the requirements to the quality of network water according to "Rules of technical operation of electric power stations and networks of the Russian Federation" (PTE) paragraph 4.8.40.

The self-crimping design of the ball seal, which is a special spring with two rings made of fluoroplastic reinforced with carbon fibre, provides the necessary tightness of the valve and the optimum torque required to turn the ball. Connection to the pipeline is flanged, in accordance with GOST standards.
