Description

The unit is designed for regulated DC voltage power supply of ion sources with power up to 3 KW used in vacuum coating plants.

The power supply unit is equipped with:
- RS-485 interface for communication with a computer
- Modbus RTU control
- voltage stabilisation mode with current limitation
- output voltage converter
- controller with display and controls
- gas supply control and monitoring system
- two channels for control: two PWGs and/or two shut-off valves in the vacuum unit

Operation manual is available on request: LCMK.356.00.00.00.00-01 RE ION SOURCE POWER SUPPLY UNIT BP 356
It is allowed to deliver the device as a part of the installation without packing.
On request, standard modernisation of the device by the manufacturer is possible.
