The unit is designed for regulated DC voltage power supply of ion sources with power up to 3 KW used in vacuum coating plants. The power supply unit is equipped with: <ul> <li>- RS-485 interface for communication with a computer</li> <li>Modbus RTU control</li> <li>voltage stabilisation mode with current limitation</li> <li>output voltage converter</li> <li>controller with display and controls</li> <li>gas supply control and monitoring system</li> <li>two channels for control: two PWGs and/or two shut-off valves in the vacuum unit</li> </ul> Operation manual is available on request: LCMK.356.00.00.00.00-01 RE ION SOURCE POWER SUPPLY UNIT BP 356 It is allowed to deliver the device as a part of the installation without packing. On request, standard modernisation of the device by the manufacturer is possible.
