Inpak-Pulse Automatic Packaging Machine for Efficient Bulk Packaging

Designed for packing any moderately dusty loose and small pieces of products: cereals, animal feed, pellets, pasta, grain, etc. The packer forms three-seam bags up to 100 µm thick from any heat sealable films.

For dosing of the product to be packed, Inpak-Pulse is equipped with a weighing or screw doser. The doser is selected depending on the bulk density of the product and the net weight of the final package.

The basic equipment includes a photometric sensor for packing products in films with a pattern, and a flat bottom forming device for producing "Gasset" type bags..
