Soldering and repair of BGA, PLIS, DSP, CPU, GPU, memory. Provides automatic soldering according to the thermal profile of any microchips installed at any point on the PCB, with the size and configuration of the board play virtually no role. Supply voltage [V/Hz] ~220-230 / 50-60Hz.
