Induction Electric Stove PEI-4/L1 for Efficient Cooking and Heating

The electric induction cooker PEI-4/L1 belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 4 burners, with a total power consumption of 13 kW (1 burner 2.5 kW, 3 burners - 3.5 kW).

The permissible maximum distributed load per burner is 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 cm and not more than 26 cm. Boiling time for 1 litre of water on a 3.5 kW burner is approximately 2 minutes.

Boiling time for 1 litre of water on a 2.5 kW burner is approximately 3 minutes. The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
